Once an order is received, we will process and dispatch it to our shipping partner within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We ship our products from our location in Jammu and Kashmir. Our standard shipping times are estimated as follows:
- 3-5 business days within Jammu and Kashmir
- Longer than 5 business days for destinations outside Jammu and Kashmir

We offer free shipping on all orders within Jammu and Kashmir. Shipping costs for destinations outside Jammu and Kashmir may vary based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the delivery progress. You will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to track your package.

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address specified in the order.
